Zenmama, When did you set the goal to lose 5 lbs by Friday? Just remember it's more important to lose weight slowly and keep it off, rather than quickly, just to gain it all back and more. If you made a goal to lose 5 lbs. in a 2-3 week period then I would think that is healthy weight loss. Good luck and keep your eye on…

I know what you mean...After eating really clean and healthy, the greasy stuff just makes me feel awful. I now realize that I am one of those people that can't cheat ever or else I'll just continue to blow my diet. So now I treat myself with a new pair of jeans or a tee shirt after reaching a big goal.
