i do this in a skillet but dont know why you couldnt use the oven and bake it. chicken with onions, garlic and tomatos. now i cheat and use canned tomatoes. i usually sautee the onion and garlic. then add the chicken breast. when its about done i add in the tomatoes so they pretty much just warm up. it is so good.

ive been doing mfp for a little while. and im just now getting back into it again. its amazing how much you learn. like i can have 1 of these or 10 of these for the same amount of calories. I wish you the best of luck.
