Nostalgic, but not scared. I love the taste and texture of food so much, but rarely felt stuffed. When I was 16 I could easily out eat my mother who was considerably over weight at the time. How I long for the days that I could eat that much and not have it show up on the scales...sigh

I made bullet proof drops, but I don't find the need for grass fed butter, butter period works just fine. I also don't use these or fat bombs everyday. I think I've used the bone broth a couple of times, not enough flavor for my liking.

I am 54, 5'4' and mine protein is set at 20%, carbs 5%, and Fat 75%. When you eat more protein than your body needs, some of the amino acids in the protein will be turned into glucose via a process called gluconeogenesis

Might as well log them, because as you get closer to your goal you will have less leeway with your calories. People think it's no big deal, 20 calories here, 30 there, but what if for some reason you are 30 calories over every single day?

you can use flaxseed oil instead, that's what I do and my triglycerides went from 149 to 61

Some recipes that are not baked goods or sweets call for a little sugar also, think stir fry sauce, bbq sauce, ketchup....the list goes on. NO, I cannot just eat the regular stuff as I am following the keto way of eating and am extremely low carb, so a sugar that is low/no calorie is a great way to do that, but I too do…

I kid you not, I used to drink 20+ cups of coffee a day, it doesn't faze me at all. I slept better then than I do now at 4 cups a day and energy wise I feel no different between the two

I have yet to find any artificial sweetener that has no aftertaste. Even Stevia powder and white sugar tastes funky to me. I use a minimal amount of liquid stevia in my cream cheese raspberry fat bombs, but I don't make them too often as I have a problem controlling how much sweet stuff I eat. I was craving hot chocolate a…

I have tried 2 versions of LC keto approved pizza crusts and they were both disgusting, so I have decided to make the chicken breast one, may not be crispy (but I'm a deep dish fan anyway), but at least I know it will taste good

Mine was done with drugs. I tried to quit a multitude of times over the years and never got farther than one day (with my husband screaming at me to go smoke a f'n cigarette....lol) In 2008 a doctor convinced me to try chantix and 8 smoke free years later I am glad she did. I only needed to do it for 1 month too, not the…

Not everyone has the same level of addiction, some have a bit more than some little ole mild headache...could have dealt with that easily enough with ibuprofen and caffiene.

I take Magnesium, Biotin, Flaxseed, Zinc, Vitamin C, Probiotic at the moment. I was taking a multivitamin and Calcium chews, not taking those two at the moment, because I am following a Keto eating plan with 20 grams or less of carbs and those have too many carbs to waste on a non food item. The others I still take mainly…

Try this for a week instead, it will give you a diet to follow, within your calorie goal, and you can switch some of the foods to see if there is something else you prefer. You can also click on the food and remove an ingredient that you don't like (Fiery Cheeseburger, I removed the chili peppers....lol) . It will also let…

http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2013/12/cheesy-chili-spaghetti-squash-casserole-low-carb-gluten-free.html I don't like Salsa personally, but this was very good. You could put any chili recipe with it. I have also had spaghetti squash made like traditional spaghetti and it is really good (surprised me).

In the UK, flapjacks are made from sugar, butter, and oats, and they are usually served with honey. Pancakes are made from a fried batter that is usually made from eggs, buttermilk, flour, salt and a dash of baking powder. ... In the US, the terms flapjacks and pancakes are used somewhat interchangeably.
