I do not understand why people mark someone's personal experiences as "woo".

I was keto for a year, just transitioned to low carb a week ago.....love gta 5!

Also, not all chiropractors use the same methods. I personally like my chiropractor as he helps my lower back pain, which is caused by a weak core ( he even told me that). Some of the newer ones use electrodes which I hate, I prefer the old fashioned hands on method.

One of the moderators said I was getting too nitpicky about carbs and protein, told him I wasn't trying to be a pain in anyone's rear that I was just trying to make a statement. Next thing I knew I was booted out and blocked. I guess they consider that arguing with a moderator, I don't know. it basically stemmed from a…

Keto flu means your electrolytes are low, you need sodium, potassium, and magnesium. I personally use Morton Lite Salt and a magnesium supplement. I have read that chicken/beef broth helps too as it is high in sodium

Yep, some people see a wrong number and enter it. Others only put in the info they need...even though it should be put in exactly as stated. Other times it is from a different country and not listed as such. Human error for the most part

I disagree

I just said that being fat does not mean you are not healthy, never said I got healthier because I got fat.

I eat one thing at a time on my plate, once it's gone then I move onto something else until that is gone. I don't take a bite or two of everything, don't know why but I have always done that

Why? I am healthier now at 50lbs or so overweight (195) than I ever was at 125 or 130. Besides I never said healthy at "any" size, I said fat.

https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread I just made this and it was surprisingly good, had a tomato sandwich for the first time in a long time. They are more the size of an English muffin than a slice of bread if you make 8 of them.

Agreed, it's not for everyone. I quite enjoy it, it helps with my psoriasis and I can maintain a calorie deficit easier. My bloodwork is fine, my blood pressure is better than it has ever been. I have cake, ice cream bread, vegetables, cereal.....just not not a lot or everyday or all on the same day or week, pick and choose

1 tablet 4 times a day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Bedtime is how I would do it. Otherwise it would say 2 tablets twice a day or 4 tablets once a day

I am keto and take a probiotic, it has no adverse affect that I can tell, and my doctor recommends that I take one everyday because of the antibiotics I have taken in the past
