Multivitamins - How To Take?

I've just had weight loss surgery and it is important that I take a bariatric-specific multivitamin, which I have been doing so diligently. The particular brand/bottle that I have says for VSG patients to "chew 1 tablet, 4x daily"
So my question is, what is the best way way to be spacing these out to get the best results/absorb the most? Is 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening a waste? If I have to split them into 4 different times, how much time should I allow between each vitamin?
Thanks!

1 tablet 4 times a day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Bedtime is how I would do it. Otherwise it would say 2 tablets twice a day or 4 tablets once a day6

Yup, 6 hours. Try to take them with food since some vitamins require fat to be absorbed. Ex: Vit D. And some people get nauseous when they take a multivitamin on an empty stomach. I even have to stay still for 15 minutes, so I take the multi right when I start eating my food (not after dinner).0
