Having this yesterday and today. http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2012/12/swiss-chard-ricotta-pie-w-sausage-crust.html (I used venison sausage, but just added to the ingredients, didn't make a crust with it). It freezes well and then I nuke it when wanted.

Yes, because it will get moldy if not used within a certain period...and it is after all a dairy product and should be refrigerated.

I have never had anyone in my entire life comment on what I do or do not eat. I most likely would tell the person that did to shut the F up and mind their own business, but that's just how I roll.

When I used to go to the gym my hair was either in a pony tail or a bun, I didn't concern myself with looking cute though (God only gave me so much to work with). You can also clean your hair and not use shampoo, a thorough rinsing and some conditioner will still do the trick and won't over dry your hair and scalp.

Stevia in it's true form (meaning the leaf that is ground) is not artificial. I have yet to try the stevia leaf itself, but personally so far I have found nothing that doesn't have that funky aftertaste.
