AAh I am slowest of all i guess :happy: I have been trying to lose weight for like last 2 months... and hardly lost 3 lbs... But i just keep doing it as i saw my body change.. not much of it though.. hardly lost 1 inch off from waist... but lost my double chin successfully.. i sweat like just out of shower and work hard..…

I also have the same symptoms... got myself checked up.. went for blood test and my tsh was on boundary line... doctors say it does not matters.. but i guess it does because I am unable to lose the fat.. and gaining the weight becomes really easy... I am looking after what i eat and what i do... IF doctors can not help…

mine is when people say "You look so alive... you do'nt need to lose weight" come on i have 2 big bundles on my waist.... i have flabby arms... and the clothes i wear make me look fatty becoz I am..... other one is "I don.t need a body guard.. i have my friend(pointing me) with her..." and my soul says twist her neck.. :P…

you could also try 30DS... it is just 30 mins workout but I sweat like just out of a shower...

prefer boiled egg whites or oatmeal over cornflakes as more of protein is taken... but once in a while cornflakes with milk is a good option i have variety of light foods for breakfast

if you are losing inches then do not worry about your weight.... it will get down.. but see if you are losing inches or not..

mine was when i couldnt fit into my last summer clothes... and my stupid friends instead of supporting me started to move away from me :cry: but well I am a bit better than before.. and i threw those friends out of my life.. Atleast i have got the guts to lose that fat.. they did not even have the courage to motivate me…

start with a simple walk..... once your stamina is up go for some jog... it will help you out

its water we drink and water we consume from fruits and vegetables :) i guess bit of flavored water should do but not all
