Argos! £90 for a 60kg barbell/dumbell set... i brought a 22kg set of adjustable dumbells and then once i'd run those out brought the barbell set!.... I can also recomend a pull up bar!

I leave for work at 7am and get back at 7pm, however i still manage to work out 6 days a week and cook all my breakfast/lunches/dinners (and snacks) from scratch... its a bit of a pain but you get used to it! Probably burn around 7500kcal a week or there abouts!

200ml per cup, so 2 litres in total... i personally drink alot, more like 3-3.5litres, but dont worry if you cant drink all 8 cups, as you get some water from your food, again you should drink a couple of extra cups when you work out!

I eat at 6:30, Half hour after i wake on weekdays having a fairly large 'meal' at around 400kcal, on weekends i get up at a similar time but only have a light breakfast (around 200kcal) before hitting the pool for an hour (i swim in the evening on weekdays), then have the remaining 250kcal when i get out! I think it should say something like "and was within 100kcal of her calorie goal" or "was over 600kcal away from her goal" means people can also monitour people who are eating too little...

Hi!, yes it recalculates every 5lbs drop in weight although watch out as it doesnt understand when your eating too little... so sometimes its best to set it to loose less per week instead of continue at an agressive level!!
