BINGO... and there's your problem! 1000-1200kcal a day ontop of biking and treadmill and ab workouts is the recipie for nil weightloss! suggest you re-think and increase your eating... your body is probably just in a little shock!

Do not listen to this person they havent read your diary..... Your eating to little, some days your at a net of around 600kcal, you should eat back all your exersize calories... were treading almost exactly the same path... i eat 1500-1600kcal a day NET and some days with workouts i eat around 3000kcal and im still loosing…

You are correct, but 100kcal out of say 800kcal when people are eating in a calorie defasit anyway is not the end of the world! And i dont know many people who eat them all back.... i usually leave 100-200 free just as a double rewared, i get to eat more and loose more!

You cant wear a HRM in the pool (they work on electrical signals)! Dont panic just yet! That is almost a nearly uncontrolable study (i.e could be 101 other factors!) Therfore until they can confirm the actual cause, not just the link i shall continue eating my 6whites and 1yoke! lol

This person is telling the absolute truth, you need to learn the difference in BMR and TDEE! I suggest you start eating your exersize calories back not only 'a few' and take the strain off your body a bit! if you want to know more than listen to Fat2Fit radio, it's all on there!!!

No... not safely!, yes you could go on atkins or starvation and loose some water, fat and muscle (fat being the least), but you'll put it on the second you come off and feel like **** the whole time your on it! Plus it will make bugger all difference to your body!

Try more calorie dense foods... nuts, peanut butter, cottage, cheese etc. (you dont wanna eat 1200kcal per day for life do you?!)

Why not eat a bigger dinner, if your only having salad then there's no (well very little) protein in there which keeps you fuller for longer?
