  • I set my settings to 'sedentry' and add almost everything back (excluding general wondering around the house etc.) found that works for me!
  • Homemade is about 92 calories per 50gram slice!, so i'd go with 184kcal per 100g!
  • Check the packet! it if your using the barcode scanner it will say on the side what the calories are dry weight and then cross referance it with the MFP number to check if they are the same!
  • Go to a decent orthopedic doctor/surgeon! there usually caused by an underlying condition like a minor tear, fracture or uneven muscle toning, which can be resolved, sometimes thay are unfortunately perminant, but until you go you wont know!
