It took me nearly 30ish lb before I saw any type of difference in myself, nearly the same before others saw it too.....you'll get there!!

Took me almost 30lbs before ppl started noticing, and about 25 before I could even feel it in my jeans. I'm @ 40 lbs now and some ppl still don't even notice.....BUT I'M GONNA CHANGE THAT! :)

You can't cut out what you enjoy, you just have to limit wht you enjoy. You still deserve to enjoy your food! Eat up and excercise a bit more!
