I also pack some snack cups of pineapple. Sometimes when I finish working out , I am hungry. Eating the cup of fruit will take the edge off and curb the temptation of passing all those fast food restaurants on the way home.

I have been using the dancing games (Just Dance 3 and Dance Central 2) with Xbox w/Kinect since beginning of Dec and have been able to exercise more consistently. I agree with everyone else that uses another program to estimate calories burned.
