Remember this... More often than not when people cut each other down it's because they have their own insecurities that they can't handle so they take it out on others. Also people like him you should NOT associate with. He sounds likes a cruel, careless, rude *kitten* who does not deserve your friendship. Feel better.

Mediterranean Flatbread 11 Toasted Naan bread with hummus, Sriracha, feta cheese, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, grilled chicken, and spring mix. Served with sweet potato fries. Probably closer to 800 calories. That actually sounds amazing.

Grilled Salmon Filet (17) Fresh Atlantic salmon grilled and topped with herbed sage butter, served with steamed vegetables. Probably around 650-750 calories.

The closest Trader Joe's to me will be in Winter Park (Orlando, FL) about 30 miles from where I'm at. I might make a special trip when they're built :)

That but honestly if you still care to log I would just choose the most generic or closest thing to what you are actually eating.

Try doing compound lifts and exercises that not only target your core but your entire body. Squats, deadlifts, planks, pushups, burpees, wall sits. Pilates and Yoga will also destroy your mid-section, in a good way.

I haven't seen much of a scale difference in over a week or so...but you are right you just have to keep on keeping. Sometimes I don't even want to touch the scale for a few weeks just to get out of that mindset that the scale is everything. Pictures & measurements are the best way to keep on track!

Look into Carb Cycling or Carb Nite.

Avoid the chemically processed food. Moderate foods that you can binge on. I try to eat 80-90% good food, foods that are single ingredients and processed minimally. The other 20-10% I eat really whatever I want to fit my macro numbers.

Post workout protein shakes are great for muscle recovery and help aid in lactic acid buildup...also known as "DOMS" (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). They are also a great way to get in extra protein to hit those numbers. Protein shakes (whey protein) is not a replacement for a fat burning supplement. You really do not…

1) Make sure you NET 1,400 calories a day (meaning eat back the calories you workout). 2) Spending 3 hours at the gym is literally a waste unless you're a fitness competitor or if you work there. Go into the gym and workout at an intense pace for 30-45 minutes. Do not be afraid of weights. Try finding a plan…

I agree with what others have said. Just know that most "Fruit" options on menus like that are not really that healthy. They ruin the nutritional value of the fruit by processing it with sugar, cream, butter, cooking the fruit into pure annihilation. You live & learn! Also don't be afraid to ask if they have their menus…

The problem with Garcinia Cambogia (Green Tea Pills) and Green Coffee Bean Extract is that the stuff that you can buy at Target & WalMart usually isn't concentrated or "pure". If you want a really good stimulant free fat loss supplement look into RSP Nutritions QudraLean…

I posted about this the other day. Try finding some dense foods to snack on. 28 Almonds - 170 Calories (Good fats) 1TBSP Peanut Butter - Approx. 200 cals (easy protein / fat) Banana (Large 8 to 9" long) - Approx 180+ cals (good carbs, sugar, potassium) Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa) - 200+ Calories for 3 Squares (Ghiradelli…

You just have to research before you eat. Yes it may be harder for you but is it really worth it? Emotionally is it worth it? Taking more insulin is it worth it? It may seem like life has slapped you with a bad hand but everything happens for a reason. You are stronger than the french fries and frappe. Some people have…

Just an update. I've been eating around 2300 - 2500 a day for the past 3 days and I dropped .8 pounds compared to the previous weigh in.

1240 - [Breakfast] 190 Calories = 1,050 calories left. What did you set your activity level to? How active are you? If you exercise you should be eating some of those calories back. Have you figured out your TDEE / BMR (Total Daily Energy Expenditure & Basic Metabolic Rate) http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ You should be…
