If it's a fad diet, or a big internet sensation it's probably a false diet that will hurt you more than it's worth. Just eat a healthy balanced diet with protein, veggies & fruit. Depends if you were running, ducking, jumping...etc. The best thing to do is next time get a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) and watch your heart rate and make a custom exercise with the average bpm.

Foe. I have warded off soda completely though, in lue of soda I drink teas now. I don't miss the carbonation and the teas are way healthier! Then again I still have alcoholic drinks on the weekends, like everyone else said, in moderation.

Inspiring man, it's really helpful for me to read stories from males, seeing as a lot of the succes stories I see are mothers with kids or older women...it's nice to read about someone my age & gender. Great job & keep it up.

It's nice & relaxing to have a cheat day once a week. It helps you not crave and over-indulge. Just remember everything is to be taken into moderation, even exercising, after 6 days of working out, your body is probably craving a break.

What Lizard053 said plus you're probably gaining MUSCLE! Gaining muscle will replace fat and help you lose inches, but you may see no loss on the scale or even a minor gain. Don't fret it and keep at it.
