great job man i my self eat chinese once a week every monday and ive been going to the gym now for one year and i have lost 80lbs and i started out just like you hard to walk for 30 min, at 2.0 tonight i ran my first mile at 5.0 mph so it does get easer so keep it up and here;s to good health.:bigsmile:

i have lost over 80 pounds in the last year and believe me or not other people will notice it b4 you do most people noticed my face getting thinner first.

no matter what you do your not likley to lose every week it didn't get put on you over night so don't expect it to come off over night keep at it it will get better just cause your not loseing weight dont mean your body isn't changing for the better just give it time nice and slow good luck:bigsmile:

my monthly goal is to lose 4 pounds a month since your supposed to try and lose 1 or 2 pounds a week its not a good thing to set unreal goals it will set you up for failure good luck to all and to all happy changes are on the way:bigsmile:

YES IT IS this sounds funny but you need to eat to lose small meals 4 times a day not 1000 calorie meals 4 times a day. good luck

i have one meal a week chinese no matter what orange flavored chicken & rice oh its so good i dont eat the junk food like candy or cup cakes and stuff like that. so i dont look at it as cheating its good to splurge once a week just dont get to wild..lol. good luck all:tongue:

i goto the gym every day i run for 1hour i run for a half hour then i work out then i run the next half hour. it works for me some times its hard to run for an hour stright, good luck
