very good job i did the same thing i started going to the gym everyday 2 years ago i lost 90lbs and hurt my knee atv riding and my shoulders couldnt work out for a while and then i got out of my habit and gained all but 15lbs back so now im back to try it again

i know how your husband feels the only thing i drink is diet dew and i drink a lot about 8 a day i just cant stand the taste:smile: of water .

whats the trick to giving up diet soda that is the hardest thing for me to do?

i am almost serton you are supposed to eat what you burn or your body will go into starvevation mode and it will store instead of burn but im not a doctor but i did sleep at a holiday inn last night lol

weight lifting doe's burn calories but not a lot cardio is the best way

thanks but i can find it i just don't know how to add it in my dinner spot for that day you know how when you serch for a food when you find it you click it to add it to dinner or lunch i cant seem to add my meals i save to lunch or dinner when i click on it it just shows me the meal.

well your not the only one who got lazy i my self am a returning member who lost over 80 lbs and quit keeping track of what i was eating and quit exercising and now im back to square 1 my self so if you keep me motivated ill keep you motivated good luck to us both. my first day is nov 2

i hate the treadmill to have you ever tried the elptical it has worked wonders for me i would never make it without it keep up the good work and stay warm.:smile:

okay so are you all saying if it says my daily calorie goal is 2900 then i should eat all 2900 what about the part where they say to lose 1 pound a week you need to cut out 500 cal's a day. thought i was doing good now im confused and thats not to hard to do confuse me..lol please help. thanks.

i take every weekend off eat what ever just no junk like candy or chips stuff like that just keep it simple and you will do fine so injoy :bigsmile:
