There is a spot in your settings that allows other to view your food diary so they can see what types of food you are eating. I have seen the same thing myself, and I am frustrated too. I walk on breaks at work, about 25 minutes and I have two breaks. I try to do weights or a workout video twice a week, and spend generally about 30 minutes with those options.

I am new to this forum and think your question is a good one. You can easily overeat with that amount of food around. For me so far it seems that the food diary helps me keep on track as best as I can. Yesterday I went over because I was at a party and did weights instead of aerobic activity. I second that. It seems per your diary that you are consuming a high level of sugar. This stuff is addictive and can cause you to be hungry due to a hormonal unbalance that it causes. So try at least in the morning to eat protein and low GI food.
