I eat my afternoon snack right after work consists of hard boiled egg whites & raw veggies. I never get sick but I thought that maybe I should have nothing in there for the weight loss!?

Well I worked out in the pool for 90min ~ all meals went well; logged within range; water ALOT ~ all goals met for day!! God helped me to keep my mouth shut (stressful day) It is time for bed ~ good nite everyone! I hope you had a healthy day too ~ we are one day closer to that long range goal!!! :happy:

I too am trying to get motivated in the am to start that motabolism ~ my mind was starting today.....but my body said "tomorrow will be better" :yawn: I have to get up @ 4:30 am to accomplish this task

You can do it ~ make sure you hold the stick in a manner that it is between you & the dog, be stern with your "GO HOME" try hard not to show your fear. Great Job!!! I worked out water jogging; threading & water aerobics 95 min ~ 750calories gone 20 glasses of water & food logged

I can't run so I will do my running in the pool. I will log in 7 days ~ logging EVERYTHING & 8 + glasses of water I will exercise the 20 min a day

At the moment swimming is the only exersize that I can do..... I tread water, various exersizes ~ as long as you get your heart rate up you'll do fine!! I can see it the way my clothes fit & my energy levels have increased. I have lost 22 lbs so far with eating right & water exersizes!! good luck to you! :happy:
