Food is definitly a trigger for pain & fibro fog for me.......the cleaner I eat the better. I stay away from white flour, sugar, processed food.......it has helpped ALOT!!!

My one source of exersize is in the water ~ I do everything from swimming to jogging to walking to any exersize I can make up to do. under cardio there are some MFP listings for swimming, water jogging, water aerobics but a word of advise they are rather generous with calories burned. I have experienced it as well the best advise I can offer other then what has already been said is "listen to your body" my motto is "do what I can ~ when I can" I used to try to push myself thinking I will work through it......that just doesn't work. I go to the YMCA ~ I have seen bathing suits (of all kinds) and work out clothes both...... it is for both men & women so no naked with towels allowed. Although some suits & work out clothes don't always cover as much as the towel would cover!!! :blushing: :noway:

not necessarily grapes alone but if you ate 3 cups of them last night that is equal to about 81 carbs in one setting and I have read up on alot of tips for fibro and alot have said to limit the amount of carbs and increase the protein. i am set for a 1200 cal diet thru MFP so entering the ratio the fibro sites suggested…

Deb ~ I too have asthma and I know how frutrating it is to want to be able to do things your lungs are not able to do. I think that fruit is good for us ~ I would venture to say that sugars would be sweets; sugar in drinks & such. I do try to eat my fruits early in the day so I have time to work them off but I full heartedly feel our body needs the nutrients that fruits offer!
