Looking for more support:). I'm about 35lbs into my goal of losing 80-100lbs. I am a runner (slow!) and enjoy working out in my home with PiYo and 21DF.

Thanks! I'm following a training plan I found online. It's a 12wk plan but I've given myself 20 so I can repeat hard weeks and slow down when I need to. So far I can run 4miles without stopping, my pace is right around an 11min mile but I'm OK with that for this one. Maybe some day I'll be much faster! :)
