Sorry guys no weight for me yet this week have been having a really stressful week. doin good on my calories but not my logging so I should be ok. Well when I can get to the gym I will get the weight pray its good.

Just believe in yourself. And I definitely know about the ravenous hunger. I read on here from one of the girls, if you feel hungry drink a glass of water with lemon. If anything. I would assume your still losing weight even with your best friend there. and by the time your done you'll probably drop a few extra because your not so bloated. jlhcrh3 you could look for exercises on the net the only work the upper body. Like curls with cans of beans they had my ex mother in law do. She is in a wheelchair. Just a thought, keep ya movin and motivated.

My birthday and my sons birthday were the 25 Memorial day and June 2nd. What I did was I made homemade cake. I input the cake brand and frosting brand into the log and ate the size piece that = 75 to 100 calories. The kids ate some and then I sent the rest home with all the kids. I'm actually not sure I bring a 20oz bottle of water and drink that during the 30 min elliptical and strength training. I end up all red and sweaty so I guess just replacing water. but how can you tell if its what you lost as opposed to what you take in. and 234 is fine for the start weight.
