  • I must have my double americano with cane sugar, half&half and cinnamon during the work week. Weekends its fresh groung french press with a flavored non dairy creamer and a pinch of hot pepper. International makes a vanilla heat that is just sooo goood.

  • I'm a Double Americano Please! (two shots of espresso with water). I love my half and half and two cane sugars. I want to see if I can substitute a creamer for sugar and h&h, but arent they full of chemicals? The sweetners just dont make the coffee experience enjoyable...:drinker:
  • Try drinking your your first glass upon rising in the morning.
  • Keep drinking those 8 ounces. It will help with the hunger. As much salt that is in the foods you eat you don't need to worry about depleting your sodium levels. Water is key. Your body will adjust as the others say and the trips to the rest room will add to your 10,00 steps a day.

  • I also find it hard to stay on point, but I try to start the day with my whey protien shake ( which fills me up and keeps me full for hours). I also keep atkins and myoplex protien drinks for when I get hungry and want to snack. I find that I don't eat lunch as if I'm at work and I look up and I'm starved. Ill grab a shake…
