That's the same as me 5'9" large frame - goal 180...got there 4 years ago and fit into a size 10 some size 8 which was great for me. The Doctor insisted that I not go below 180 because he felt I had reached my ideal weight. He was probably correct because I plateaued and remained at that weight no matter what I did.
