I used to log as I ate, but now I log pretty much everything in the morning. I like knowing what I have to work with for dessert after all my meals and snacks are entered.

26% so far. When I get to goal I'll have lost 32%.

^^ This! I've come to realize that mine will forever be like this, just on a smaller scale. As for the crossing of the legs, I have always been able to it's just not very comfortable for me because my legs are short and my hips are wide. So when I do cross them the leg that is crossed sticks out to the side rather than…

I use my Misto with olive oil, but I usually log 1-2 tsp of oil depending on how long I feel I've held down the sprayer.

Sometimes I just have to sit back and eat an entire box, get it out of my system and move on

I've actually been eating a lot of tuna pasta lately. Below is my little creation: 1 can tuna in water 1 serving pasta 2-3 tbsp of hidden valley light buttermilk ranch dressing 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 50-75 grams avocado Garlic powder Salt Fresh ground pepper
-
I just slice it, remove the peel, boil it until soft then puree it in my blender (with a little water to get it to move) and eat it as a side dish.

I like almond/soy milk in my protein shakes b/c they're less calories. I use cow's milk for pretty much everything else. I do not have a lactose intolerance so for me it's just personal preference.

If you're honest with your logging and truly put forth the effort, you'll be successful. There will be weeks when you lose and weeks (or longer) when you don't (I'm currently dealing with that right now). But you have to keep going if you want to succeed, even when it feels like all your efforts are for nothing. Weight…

For dinner, I like it on top of rotini with steamed broccoli, shredded parmesan or mozzarella and some garlic powder, salt and pepper, and maybe a little lemon juice. For lunch or a snack I'll mix it with cottage cheese, avocado, pepper and tomato and either roll it up in a wrap or dip with whole wheat saltine crackers.

I managed to workout both Saturday and Sunday this past weekend. It's been a longgggg time since I've worked out one day on a weekend, let alone both days.

Again, log EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth. You will go over some days. You will go over A LOT some days. And that's ok. Nobody's perfect and you're not competing against anybody. Just know that each meal and each day is a new start and you can do it. There are plenty of people here that will help you when you need…

When people comment on my food at work, whether it be positive or negative. During our Thanksgiving pitch in someone asked me in response to my heaping plate of food "does any of that fit into your diet"? Uh, no, because I'm not on a diet. Or "Oh your plate of food is so pretty, you always bring such healthy things to…

I get it. I've been to the gym twice in the past 2 weeks. HOWEVER, if I over think it I end up not going. If I try to find motivation, I don't go. If I say "I'll do it after I clean up a little around the house" I won't go. I just have to do it. Think of it like work or school- you don't necessarily always want to go or…

This product has a generous amount of garcinia cambogia and raspberry ketones in it... I think I'd stay away. Probably won't do much, if anything, of what it's advertised to do. If it's stimulant free then this product probably isn't going to make a difference in your fatigue level. Perhaps a multivitamin will help.

As others have said, you just have to do it, whether you want to or not. Especially on the days you don't feel like doing anything. The statement that I constantly repeat to myself when I don't feel like doing something is a line I read here on the forums a long time ago (paraphrased b/c I can't remember the exact quote):…

I love raw potatoes w/garlic and salt. In small quantities I think they are ok. A co-worker of mine tried to tell me they were poisonous or not good for me, but I'm still here and healthy

I've felt this way all week, especially since it's been so cold out. I think about working out all day and then by the time I get off work I just want to sit on the couch. What I do after work is change into my workout clothes BEFORE I walk the dogs so I'm ready to go when I get back inside. I also don't sit down when I…

Love love love trance!!! Great music to run to or just to get me moving when I really don't feel like it. Armin van Buuren is my favorite. But I have an ipod full of too many artists to name... I love turning it on and just letting it shuffle play for hours and hours and hours B)

I wasn't necessarily discouraged when I hit the 20lb loss mark, but I will say that I didn't feel as amazing as I thought I would feel. When I first started I thought that losing 20lbs would make such a different in my appearance and my attitude, but it didn't. I was really proud of myself but it wasn't the ecstatic…

You look great!!! Keep it up :D

Exactly the same with me. Although I'm sure mine have gotten slightly smaller with a 39lb loss, I don't think they'll ever get "regular boot" small. But with so many wide calf boots out there now, I usually just go straight for those so I'm not so sad and depressed when a "regular" pair doesn't fit lol ;)

While I'm all for receiving compliments, they do start to get irritating after a while. In the office for example, people will comment about it and tell me "you look great" or "wow, you've gotten skinny" and they make an entire conversation about it to other people RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! But they say it soooo loud the whole…

I would drop your weight loss goals to 1lb per week. At the beginning 2 lbs sounds great- I've been there, done that and failed. 1200 calorie diets are not the ultimate answer. Try upping your calories and see how you feel. Also, do a little exercise. Do you literally sit all day or do you get up to go to the copier/break…
