I'm about the same as everybody else.....20ish lbs I could tell and 30-40 I started getting more comments. At 50 lbs down even the blind ones notice...these days at 90lbs down when I see someone I haven't in a while their eyes bug out of their heads.

On top of eating healthy if you don't have time/desire to go to the gym then you should be able to at least get moving. This reminds me of a funny thing a friend of mine said recently. "I went running yesterday and after 2 minutes I forgot something. I forgot I'm fat and I can only run for two minutes!" LOL I couldn't help but laugh!

I have found that the way to jazz up healthier choices is to add spice! Spices add flavour but not calories and they will make the simplest dishes smell divine. In fact, spices are also very good for you and have all sorts of health benefits! Challenge yourself. Make one day Moroccan day and the next Italian etc to explore…

I think 1200 calories every day is a little low. You may even discover that you stop losing weight if you go that low. Everyone is different of course but I personally have found that I do best at 1500 ish calories. Any lower is also very difficult to maintain. Just my 2 cents!

I'm sure other people have said much the same thing, but here it is again.....move on! Say screw it....I ate it and I shouldn't have but it was damn good and I enjoyed it.
