Im about to hit 35yrs old.. I keep saying this is my year and still getting fat.. Back in March I start going with a friend.. seem like a nice place.. So I join.. I went one day and I just hated... It wasn't as new as her gym and I got bored quickly.. No one would talk... It was free to sign up but $58 to cancel... I'm glad I did.... Now Im back at gym I love... Even if it coast 25 more...

Oh I used to do that so much.... Here is what I did... Every time I would want to eat , I would drink water or tea... If I still wanted to eat.. I would stand up and walk in place for 5-mins..( crazy ya).... If I wasn't in mood.. And really wanted to eat.. Eat Fruit or Veggies.. But then again if you are up super late you…

I like protein shake.. Its easy and you can add fruit to it.. My favorite is Muscle Tech chocolate it has 20g of Protein and its very tasty....
