i too have had a belly and still do, but working your core is vital for everyday living. I have suffered from back pain in the past but with doing core exercises like planks, side planks, the pain has reduced. Good luck

I was sitting on 110 kgs when I got my girts done in November last year - I was a 36F/G depending on the bra - now a 36C/D - I had 1.7 kg taken off. I healed really well afterwards and have been able to wear underwires since Feb. what happened…

I feel for the all the ladies with bigger girls. Before my reduction (36g/H) I used to wear the Enell brand - not a pretty bra but very good in strapping the girls down. Good luck in finding a good bra - I know it took me a while to find a good one :)

As they say don't quit. I am a new runner and have been doing to couch to 5km program (which I can now do comfortable :)). Listen to your body, walk some run some... Starting to train for a 10 km run in Melbourne on 17 July. Good luck for your run!
