One pound a week is Success!!! Don't stop. . Besides, a fit body (muscle) weighs more. . guage your success on how your clothes fit. Have you taken in your belt? Are your tops fitting better. You are doing great! Keep it up and listen to the wiser people on MFP. . .They know how to do it!
