I used to regularly. It's easy when you are eating a lot or calorie dense foods. There's also binge eating disorders. I used to have 2000, 3000, sometimes 4000 calorie binges for years.

1530 is very manageable. I agree with the others you might want to wean yourself off of the sweets, start cutting them back. Eat small meals every 3-4 hours to stave off hunger. Definitely trying these, they sound delicious. People are usually surprised about using beans in pastries but beans are naturally sweet and taste delicious in desserts. You can find plenty of Asian desserts with beans in them, especially mung beans.

OP, I take a hair, skin, and nails pill as well as a multivitamin. Beautiful hair and skin are not high priorities for the body so in times of a calorie deficit they may be neglected.
