No. 1200 is low even for dieters. Eat your 1200 PLUS your exercise calories to keep your metabolism on high. Low metabolism = losing more slowly. Eating more AND losing more = happy times.

That's why I work out (earn more calories) and I eat back all of my exercise calories. You know what horks me off? MFP doesn't give you calories back for strength training, and I find that the days where I do weights are my hungriest days!

Agree with taso - if you know that it is something that you are going to have trouble with, try to avoid it all together. I also agree with Annabaloo - I always try to drink a big glass of water if my tummy is telling me that I'm still hungry after eating an appropriate portion.

Yes, I agree with this. If you want to flush out water weight (which is a worthy goal, actually. Personally, I hate feeling bloated!) then drink tons and tons of water. Weird, but true. Thank you so much for posting this! I have had that same problem for years and never known what to do about it. And I actually wash my face with Cetaphil every night, and moisturize with Cetaphil lotion, so I already have all of the stuff. That rocks!

Great job!!!! I do Zumba and I love it! My abs are still sore from my Sunday class. My Zumba instructor even said that if we didn't feel it in our abs the next day, we didn't do it right. I guess I did it right! LOL
