I try to plan it so that I have the most calories available for dinner. I've read that it's actually better for you to have your biggest meal for breakfast or lunch, but that just doesn't fit with my life, so I don't worry about it. Hi There! I found that the Couch to 5K program is a great way to get started with jogging. Google it and you should be able to find it very easily. It is challenging, but not so hard that you want to give up, and I find that it helps my sense of accomplishment if I have a set plan and then can follow it.
