Here is what I did / do : Start small. Just be mindful of the calories of what you are eating & drinking. I use this tool to plan a meal even if I have to cruise through the drive thru. Check the food network website. They have some healthy stew recipes that I saw this afternoon. Search under healthy eating or something similar. Hope that helps =)
