Hi all-My name is Martha and I'm from Long Island, New York. I'm married with 2 children in their 20's. I'm on day 6 of the 30 Day Shred and need support to stay with it. I'm also working on my triceps 2-3 days a week because I hate the jiggley-wiggley. I will be running my first 10K race in 7 weeks. Good luck to all!
