  • I have both and I prefer the fitbit. The arm band irritates my arm after wearing it few days in a row. The fitbit is smaller and does everything I need. Both are good but fitbit website is free and body media website you have to pay.
  • Well, if everything you say is true and he only does this with your food. He could be afraid that if you lose the weight he may lose you. My husband did that to me years ago and after years of talking to him it came out that he was afraid I would find someone else as he knows he is hard to live with. Those are his words…
  • I'm over 55+ and find it very hard to lose weight. I am not able to do it with just eating correctly. I have to add exercise to lose weight. I currently workout for at least 1 hour a day, 6 days a week and eat 1200 calories a day. It has taken me more than 6 months to lose what I have so far. I am working with my doctor to…
  • cup of hot cocoa and a banana...after workout had a nice protein shake. The usual for me.
  • I have a friend that used it and lost almost a 100 lbs. But his eating habits are very bad. For lunch he would eat marshmallows. No fat in those. During the time he took alli he also took up exercising and running. I think that is what caused his weight lost not the drugs. That being said I tried it once for a few weeks. I…
  • I work out in the morning as if I don't I usually have lots of things come up that keep me from working out after work. I usually workout between 4:30 - 6 AM 6 days a week. I also try to walk at lunch for 30-45 minutes.
  • Married 36.5 years and it is getting better the longer we are together.
  • It depends on several things. How much weight you have to loss and are you exercising. I would measure yourself and keep track. I saw inches and pounds coming off but didn't see me looking any thinner. Once I hit close to 20 pounds off I started seeing it. Measure yourself as you will see the inches even if you don't see…
  • I have both fitbit ultra and Bodymedia. I used them both for about 4 months comparing. The Bodymedia Fit armband would irritate my arm and I would have to check my phone or computer to see how I was doing. I love my fitbit ultra it is small and can clip to my bra or workout pants (jeans or sweats) or I just put it in my…
  • You have to link the accounts and it will work for you.
  • 32 lbs in 4.5 months.
  • I have been using my PF4 almost everyday since early July and had no issues with it. I agree you should contact Polar about it as it is still under warranty.
  • I weigh in everyday too. I do it at the same time everyday. I can see days that I do well and days that I am retaining water. I find it very encouraging when I reach a new low. Yes, today is a new low tomorrow I might be up a little tomorrow, but in a few days I will have a new low. By watching my weight daily it helps…
  • I try to stay within my 1200 cals a day. but if I want something (cheat) I figure out much extra workout I have to do to have it. That way it is not cheating I work it off.
  • I have to say that I was in the same place as you are now. I know I was doing everything counting, exercising. But my size stayed the same. I was working with a personal training I was (am) losing fat and gaining muscle. It wasn't until later around 15+ pounds did the size start changing. I have to say that once it started…
  • I am older but I always wear perfume when going on an interview. I can say that when I have interviewed for a new job I almost always get an offer. I think it is a matter of what you do normally. It is also common sense not to wear anything too strong but something very light will not hurt. Just my 2 cents.

  • For me it was my stomach and face. At least that is what everyone tells me.
  • I use the fiber one bars that are 90 calories. There are great when you need to be out and not want to be temped to stop somewhere to get pickup fast food. I also like Greek yogurts.
  • 1 have 2 small dogs. I walk them first think in the morning usually around 5 am for about 20 minutes. On days I am home at noon I walk them over my lunch for about 40 minutes and then we walk again around 6 PM for 30 minutes. I do most of these walks for me as I have a fenced in back yard.
  • Really don't worry about it. You know it is water or you are building muscle which weights more than fat. If you are eating correctly you have nothing to worry about. Did you measure yourself? I find if I have gained I usually have lost inches. If I have been really good. Stay focus, you can do it.
  • I try to plan what I gong to eat the day before. I then try to spread that out all day long, so I don't fell hungry. I also have some 90 calorie fiber one bars I use as a snack if I have to have one. Drink lots of water. But if all else fails, I decide if I am going to eat something I have to work it off first. I work out…
  • You can do it...You have come too far to stop now...
