  • Go by the information calculated at Subways site, as you build your meal. Then you can create that item on MFP for future reference. That is what I do b/c everyone likes their sub different.

  • An egg on a toasted piece of Healthy Life Italian bread with a melted slice of 2% American cheese. YUM!!!
  • Panera chicken noodle soup and cafe salad, from the You Pick Two menu, and an apple on the side. It was yummy and quite filling. Saving calories b/c the Blackhawks play tonight which will mean snacks and likely drinks, so trying to be good until then.
