I agree...Kind bars are very good, & very healthy for you. They also have Kind granola, which is great alone or mixed with yogurt.

My initial test: Squats: 100 (excellent) Sit ups: 61 straight...took 1 min break...then 39 more, for a total of 100 (very good) Dips: 25 (Rank 2 for 39 year olds)
