Squats, lunges & running/power walking are excellent for thighs & eating healthy. My legs have completely thinned down & I've gained muscle since starting MFP by doing this :)

I love exercising now, & never thought I'd run for any distance, however, for the past few days I've been running a 5K distance (3.1 miles), & feel absolutely incredible!!

I think the "key" is finding what works for YOU (because what works for you might/might not work for the next person).
