mine hasn't synced in a while....nothing shows up in MFP from fitbit, and what is showing up in fitbit that comes from MFP (food log) is not correct.

Well said. I find I eat healthier on WW. and if you are starving, eat some of your activity or weekly points and dont fill up on junk food that is higher in points to begin with.

honestly, it depends on the workout. I'm 4'10 and 148 and did the upper fix today and only burned 150, but when i did the total body fix yesterday, i burned around 215...i haven't done the rest of them yet but that shows you the gap between workouts. someone may have already said this....but try heating the chocolate and peanut butter ones in the microwave for 5-10 seconds...AMAZING!!! someone had suggested it when I was doing research on them a few months ago and I just tried it yesterday and it tasted so much better warmed up.
