Its all new to me - I have always worked out here and there but I have been really hitting it hard lately and this is happening so just making sure something bizarre is not going on.... you know... going back to your original sarcastic response- like no "vein explosions" or anything... ppppssssttttt!

Thanks .... is this a positive thing? For women? I see a little of it on my lower legs, as well - not sure if i like it... but don't want to back off on lifting, as I have other positive results....

Exactly! Although, I was never veiny before ...but now they bulge... my lower legs, too! ... and then there is one going from my shoulder, through my bicep, and down to my elbow..... I think its lifting inspired stress, or something?

I know - I have been doing this for a while and have really noticed the veins since the weight loss and since upping my strength training.... They aren't that bad while I am not lifting, but they really become more pronounced while at the gym...!

It is basically a cold dip made of chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper... puree in food processor... Then get creative and add in other things... one of my favorites is tomato basil hummus :-) Use it also as a thick salad dressing with spinach.... any Mediterranean apps and or dishes go…

My post-workout lunch everyday: 350g PLAIN NONFAT greek yogurt, 61g canned pumpkin, 1TBSP pumpkin pie spice, 1 packet stevia (you can use splenda, sugar or any other sweetener - may need to adjust due to strength of sweetener), stir those ingredients really well.. then, at the end, at 5TBSP PB2....and stir so you still…
