Coco-lite pop cakes... OK - found these at WHOLE FOODS..... I am in LOVE with them ..... hello, 16 calories each! I eat them with PB2 every day..... looking for more ways to eat them... Heels wearing out in my shoes - why?
Does anyone know what causes the heels to wear out prematurely in sneakers? I buy good shoes (Asics). I am constantly buying new sneaks due to heel wearout. I use my sneakers only at the gym and use them to do stairs (stairmaster), treadmill (walk and jog) and elliptical (cybex)... thanks!

Bulging veins in arms and legs from lifting, exercise
Anyone have an explanation for this? Ever since I really started working out pretty hard, my arms and legs (particularly forearms and lower legs) have bulging veins. They are definitely more prominent while lifting, but still are visible when I am not. What is the reasoning for this? Is this normal?

Looking for some tweaks to the typical boring treadmill workout. What do you do to mix it up (besides changing tempo).... I have recently started doing side shuffles at 3.5 and 1 incline and it really ups my heart rate... LOVE doing this... Any other ideas? Throw them at me :)
