If you add spinach and kale to your protein shake with 1/4 of an avocado and 1 whole (or half) a frozen banana, it is sooooooo good, you don't even know that there are veggies in there. If you add some unflavored protein powder that is always a bonus.

Ugh, I'm right there with you. I'm about 11 lbs from where I want to be. I hit a plateau a few months ago but then I did carb cycling and got through it. Now I'm just upping my cardio and trying to eat less than I burn. I hope I don't get stuck at another plateau.

I have to buy my dress for my sisters wedding. I'm kind of anxious to see what size I am now since I began working out. Then I have to go grocery shopping and that itself has become a much longer task now that I'm trying to eat healthy and not go broke in the process. I'm the maid of honor in my sister's wedding and I'm trying to lose weight. It's in 5 weeks! 11.5 lbs to my goal weight but I'd be delighted to be within 5 or 6 lbs of that.
