I love TurboFire, I was able to follow the class schedule all the way till week 9 which is last week, then I injured my right ankle at hiking :( Not sure if I should start all over again or just pick up wherever I left off? I do cheat weekend, not just a cheat day and I usually end up weigh around 2 pounds more on Monday and will be back to normal by Wednesday. However, I don't go too crazy on my cheat weekends, I mean, not every cheat weekend, every now and then is ok.

Protein shake powder, soymilk, beans, greek yogurt, lean meat....when you cook for all your meal and plan ahead, you will have no problem to consume enough protein :)

You are not eating enough to even reach your BMR, this will result in your metabolism dropping. Try to eat at least meet your RMR and exercise to create the calories deficit.

We eat two eggs daily, I mean, one whole egg and one extra white only egg (just discard the yolk) ! FYI, it is cheaper to use the whole egg and discard the yolk than buying those egg white product.
