I sent a friend request, Great idea for a challenge. My SW is 160, my ultimate goal weight is 139; but for an 8 week challenge, I'd like to lose 2lbs a week, so 144 by New Year's Eve (which is also my birthday). :-D

I have them...toitally not worth it, I recommend not doing it. #1 annoyance for me...you can never wear normal bra's again, normal bras are built for boobs of teardrop shape...this are more round...so they're never comfortable, ever at $100 a bra. Sports is a huge pain. And yes...they do add pounds, and add the appearance…

I mix mine with coffee (I brew it and keep it in a sealed container in the fridge). Then blend the coffee with the protein powder (in place of water) and stevia and a tablespoon of skim milk in the morning, for a "mocha" shake. It helps cover the chalky taste.

They just opened one near me in Phoenix, I was wondering the same thing. Has anyone done the 21 day challenge? Or even just eaten the food regularly? What did you think?

Sadly yes, at 41, I'm very active, and eat better than I ever have, but every 'cheat' either on diet or exercise now costs pounds. I'm still trying to figure out how to get back to 140...
