  • You look great in all 3 pictures, the 2nd maybe bordering on too skinny because of how tall you are. If you are still not happy with how you look maybe look into some strength training, muscle definition would make a big difference for you. I don't think that worrying about losing weight will! Just my 2 cents.
  • 6'7" here. I hit 440 in June 2010, got committed to making a change. Cut out things like soda, fast food. Have done some low carb, but mostly just watching calories and being more active. I'm down to 353 with a long ways to go, but I know it's doable!

  • 6'7" 380 here. I started trying to be healthier in May 2010 when I hit 440. I leveled out where I am at in Sept of last year, but am trying to get back in the swing of things again. Joined MFP recently to help keep me honest. I'm sure 100 lbs in 7 months is doable, but I bet that would be pretty intense.
