i'm 5'5 heaviest: 220 lightest: 174 current: 178 goal: 145 (maybe a few pounds under, just depends on how I feel. Considering I've never been under 174 as an adult, which looks fairly slim on my frame, I really have no idea what certain weights will look like on me)
