Your sodium seems to be a bit high maybe try starting out at staying under 2,000mg of sodium a day? I personally have to watch my sodium because it really makes a difference for me.

I'm 5'2" as well! I started out a bit bigger (205) than you and I'm now around 160, I saw on your profile you'll be doing insanity! I'm going to start Insanity May 3 once I finish Les Mills Pump and Couch to 10k! I sent a friend request! :)

I haven't read through all the comments yet, but I only redo a week if I walked when I was supposed to run. I don't worry too much if I'm sore, tight, or having a not great day because it happens regardless of what exercise we do. But it's whatever you feel comfortable with!
