I think it is 3x500 main meals, 2x300 smaller meals (5 meals in total) and 200 snack to get to 2300.

Unless I have missed it, has anyone answered the question about the difference the original poster has found in "Brown" rice and "wholegrain" rice, cause I would like to know the answer?

What are wheat berries? Thought I had heard of all veggie alternatives, but this is new to me! Would Soya mince be an acceptable substitute or am I misunderstanding what they are?
