Try Kraftfoods.com. It has great recipes online. It will say to purchase the Kraft brand of whatever is in the recipe but instead, you can get the store brand or whatever is cheaper. I love the recipes becuase it tells you how many calories per serving and they have budget saving recipes and tips on how to save calories.…

I think what is most important is finding a weight that you can reach and then maintain. I am 5'10. I weigh 156 and I would like to get to 150 but I am generally happy between 155-157. I did it! Today was my first weigh in and I lost 2 pounds! My next weigh in is next Friday. I just want to remind everyont to stay strong over the holiday weekend. I don't know about you guys, but this is usually when I go off course, but I am going to try really hard to make good food choices!

Thanks everyone! KraftFoods also has great recipes as well as Campbell's kitchen. I've emailed myself a ton of new ones tonight and after I try them, if they are any good I will post.
