28 y/o single mom of 2 here(a boy almost 3 y/o and a girl, 4 y/o).. trying to lose another 45 lbs (my ticker says less because that's my mini-goal and the bigger # was stressing me out  ) I welcome all friend requests

thanks! I love free kindle books.. will have to search for some of these later when the kids settle down a bit

I finally took the sugar and carbs line off of my diary so I don't see it. it was stressing me out too much seeing it and going way over every day. I'm trying to focus on upping my intake of protein and fiber right now.. maybe later I'll get to adding the carbs and sugar line back on and work on lowering that...

^^ I've read that it's best logged as "circuit training" -=-=-=-=-= I think I will start today! hope I'm not too late to jump on this thread! I bought it on amazon video a little while back (in April I think or maybe May) and I attempted it once but I quit halfway through the first day and was sore for several days…

water immersion ( one is called the "Bod Pod" ) is the most accurate.. I know around where I am the military base does it for free but you have to be military affiliated I think :( I haven't been able to find another one that I can access... good luck

You have a BEAUTIFUL daughter!! 70 pounds lost is a HUGE accomplishment!! I am proud of her too!

you're amazing!!

I don't think I've had cheesecake since I started losing weight in April... and I looooove cheesecake. but I have given in to candy, donuts, the occasional fast food burger, and the awesome chori pollo from the mexican restaurant - just cut back my portions and/or cut calories around them to "make up" for it.

I promise you I can SEE a definite difference! I'd recommend taking pics every so often (I've been doing so roughly once a month) in form fitting clothes (the same clothes if possible) and then line them up (I do it in MS Paint but it's probably easier with something like photoshop) ... try to keep the sizes of the…

yes I see a big difference!!

21 lbs lost so far since 4/1.. mini goal is to be under 200 lbs by the end of August (my youngest is turning 3) ..and I think I'd be pretty pleased to be 165 lbs again so that's my "goal" weight but certainly will be reconsidered once I get closer.. before I had my kids I lost 86 lbs and went from 228 to 142 and maintained…

 You have more body fat than 100% of females aged 15-29 in the world
-
deserves a bump!

think you look a lot like I looked around 165 so... adding maybe 10 lbs for the extra height .. I'd GUESS 175?? ((in the second set of pics...and guessing 30-40 lbs heavier in the first set)) you look gorgeous BTW

depo provera did.. 7 lbs for each 3 month period.. I got 2 shots=6 months..

wow, looks like more than 5 lbs gone! good job!!

trombone was my "specialty" but I also marched baritone and could also play trumpet and tuba... I started out on french horn but just couldn't get it .. I also tried to pick up viola for a couple months in strings but gave up on that...

I tried a few different kinds and didn't really like them but I choked them down since I had them LOL.. now I buy the yoplait that has fruit on the bottom and comes with granola to put in it and those are pretty good in my opinion. would probably be cheaper and just as good to buy some granola, some plain yogurt, and some…

I see a definite difference in your face and I think your thighs look slimmer/more defined as well!
-
in total?? probably at least 200.. LOL. currently.. just a couple. nothing major so far :) we had c130s fly over and spray something to kill mosquitoes this week so hopefully that will take care of them pretty good.... I guess one of the perks of living near a military base..

All I can tell you is my limited experience but maybe it will help you.. When I was 17 I was on depo provera for 2 rounds (the shot lasts 3 months, so I was "on" it for 6 months. I gained 7 lbs in each 3 month period. I hadn't knowingly changed anything (eating, activity, etc) in that time frame, and my weight had been…

I just got some this week and tried it for the 1st time. I think its pretty good. I have only tried it twice, once just by itself to try it and again on sliced apples. I got the chocolate flavored. the texture is a bit "crunchy" so if you don't like "crunchy PB" you might not like it. it doesn't bother me much at all…

I have 2-a boy(almost 3) and a girl(4) would like a few more but not so sure that will happen now ..
