YES!! you can absolutely do it! I lost just under 90 lbs in roughly 2 years before I had my kids. and I'm sure I could have done even better if I had a tool like this website to help me, then.

yes.. I knew I looked bad but I was just about devastated when I saw my "before " pics (a friend took those for me) .. now I take progress pics every month(give or take) which=about 5-10lbs loss per month... It's very motivating to me to pull up the progression and see the changes.

everybody is different.. I don't notice much change in my face (15 lbs lost) .. I've lost all over my body pretty evenly. some people will lose in the face first, some might lose in the face last.. guess you'll never know til you've done it ;)

I only record things that I don't normally do every day.. like washing my car(I only give it a good scrub every 1-2 months, or even longer, so I count that, .. in between I spray it down and spot clean, which I don't count) or deep cleaning like scrubbing the kitchen top to bottom , or going for a walk around the block…

pretty sure it's nowhere close to correct for me..... I've been wearing 38 B with a band extender... it told me I'm a 40DD :huh: ...there;s no way in H*ll I'm a DD...(possibly a C..) . but I shall be going to a store to get fitted this weekend :laugh: ..my measurements are 39 underbust and 44 around..
